I went today first the first time and saw Ayrelea for some knots that were causing me a lot of pain, and I left feeling immediately better. Ayrelea was very focused in her efforts to address my issue, gave a v deep tissue massage with firm pressure, which was EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. She was kind and respectful, checking in that the pressure wasn’t too much etc. Would 100% recommend her!

I saw Marko V. and had the best experience! He is professional and very perceptive to what’s going on in your body. Excellent pressure and really helped relieve my mid-back pain. Also a beautiful, cozy clinic space. 100% recommend him!

I recently started coming here. So far, the experience has been great. I’m currently seeing Marko, and I highly recommend him. He is thorough, precise, and takes a very methodical approach to his work. It’s clear he takes his job seriously; he genuinely looks for ways to support his clients rather than just ‘going through the motions.’ You never feel like you’re on a conveyor belt here. If you’re looking for a skilled RMT, Marko is the one to see.

The clinic is super spacious, very aesthetically pleasing and clean! I got a massage with Marko and he was amazing. He is super friendly and welcoming and really listened to all of my issues/needs. I could tell that he is truly passionate about what he does! He answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. I’ve definitely found my new RMT 🙂

My wife has been going to alpine for some time now and suggested I try going for massages as part of many mental health solutions to better myself. I landed on Amy who is the owner, for months I was going once a week and she has been nothing but amazing and have kept going to her still to this day. Amazing place, always walking out on cloud 9, I couldn’t say anything more but how amazing Amy has been for my mental health. Thank you Amy for being part of my progress, side note I have done massages in the past and never liked them, but for some reason Amy made it fun and relaxing to have massages.

They are open seven days a week and their RMTs are fantabulous.
Shout out to ELSIE WEBBER and KERR MCLEOD – two different massage styles yet both are therapeutic and calming.
Almost forgot to mention about the space – love that we take off our outside shoes at the entrance. The sitting area is very serene with the healthy plants. I also appreciate that there’s quite a lot of light that comes in.
Parking – lots of free parking in the area

About a month ago, I went to Alpine Massage for a session of 75 minutes of massage therapy my daughter had bought me as a birthday gift.
My daughter, knowing that I have some issues with my lower back, and recurrent pain in my right hip/thigh/glute joints area, she searched for massage therapists.
Her research turned out to be exceptionally good.
Samantha, my RMT was very professional, thorough, and her hands were strong and to the point, making sure she ventured every single muscle, tendon, ligament, as well as joint…I could feel like she was inside my body and knew exactly where to touch, and how deep.
Her dedication, intuition, and knowledge were beyond expectations.
Near the end of the session, after my whole body was massaged, with special attention to the mentioned areas above, she held the back of my neck and massaged the occipital bones in my head, and that was amazing!! Nobody had ever given such special attention to the back of my neck and base of my head.
Thank you, Samantha, for a wonderful treat and extremely therapeutic massage!!!

Stopped in here during a particularly stressful visit to Vancouver and I’m glad I did. Amber knows what she’s doing and did a great job incorporating my preferences into her work. Would recommend her to others looking for stress relief. The environment is nice with big rooms and relaxing music and designs and it was even kind of soothing to hear the steady pattern of cars in the distance going down Arbutus through the rain. I hope to go back before I leave.

Clean space and very nice therapists. The massage rooms are huge! I’ve only been twice but the ability to do direct billing to PBC/Insurance was a major bonus. All pictures are of the waiting area.

I decided to try Alpine Massage as it had been recommended to me. My session with Taylor was probably the best massage I’ve ever had – she was patient in understanding what my concerns were, personable, applied the right amount of pressure (and checked in a few times as well), and really eased the stiffness I had in my calves and thighs. Will definitely come here again!

From the staff to the beauty of the place, this one is top in my books. I’ve gone to many different RTMs over the years, with varying experiences, but all 3 RMTs that I’ve seen at Alpine were consistently great – listened so well, genuinely wanted to help, knew what they were doing, able to apply good pressure and one even gave me some good guidance to help with my chiro appointment to find out what’s going on. I’ve gone both for a back injury and just regular maintenance as a desk worker. Highly recommend.

My partner had a couple massage therapies here; both times he had brand new RMT’s who didn’t listen very well to him. Not acceptable given they are charging a premium for the massages.
He mentioned it was noisy in the rooms as there is a lot of construction going on nearby. He came back more stressed than when he left to get the treatment.

Alpine Massage is fantastic: booking is easily done online and availability is much better than most places. They ask a lot of questions during the first session to ensure they understand your pain points and needs, and during the treatment session, I definitely felt they were addressing my chronic lower back and shoulder pain. My RMT, Kimberly, uses just the right amount of pressure to feel like my muscle tensions are being released but not so much that I’m dying from the pain.
Only complaint I have is parking: I couldn’t figure out if the underground parking is available (clinic is attached to ambulance station). If you’re going at a busy time, you may need to budget a bit more time to find street parking and walking to the clinic. Small detail for an otherwise great clinic!

I came up with this place on Google Maps within walking distance and thought I give them a try. I didn’t know any of their therapists, so I booked an appointment with Elsie Webber. When she finished her job, I had my best massage therapy experience EVER. When I went to book more sessions, I found their schedules quite busy. Not a surprise, though 😊

I was scheduled with Elsie for a 30 minute massage. I have been really tense and sore lately from cycling and long hours at my desk and I instantly felt at ease and relaxed after my massage. She knew which areas needed extra pressure and always checked in to see how I was handling it. It was such a great experience and I definitely will be scheduling with her again!

Amy is the best. I can quite honestly say it’s hard to find an RMT that will not give you just a relaxing massage, but one that also actually works out the muscle and back issues I have with Scoliosis. Always gives service with a warm, welcoming smile.

If you haven’t already seen Amy at Alpine Massage Therapy, what are you doing?! Once I found Amy I’ve never looked back, I’ve recommended her to everyone I know who needs an RMT, she is so friendly, thorough, and always listens to what you are feeling in your body and gives advice on stretches and techniques to help tight areas to help alleviate issues between visits. This place is FANTASTIC. It’s cute and soothing and Amy is quick and attentive. My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. Amy always take time to listen to everything I needed done and applies just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage…I can say it with full confidence that Amy is the best massage therapist I’ve been going to longest time and highly recommend her and her team.
