What you need to know if you would like us to directly bill your insurance company
In order for us to directly bill your insurance company you will need to come in a few minutes early for your appointment to fill out a few forms. Simply bring your insurance card with the insurance details (or your mobile insurance app with your details) and a piece of government issued photo I.D. Once you have filled out the appropriate forms, you will be registered in our system for all future visits.
*Please note that while we will always do our best to directly submit your insurance for you, there is no guarantee it will go through. In the event we are not able to submit on your behalf, you will need to pay for the appointment in full and submit the receipt to your insurance provider. Your provider will then reimburse you directly.
What you need to know if you have an open ICBC Claim
If you have an open ICBC claim we will soon be able directly bill ICBC so you don’t have to pay out of pocket; However, in the meantime, you will have to pay for your appointments up front and submit them to ICBC to reimburse you directly.
